Mhalunge

Full-home interiors for newly possessed Mhalunge flats near Hinjewadi Phase 3 — from bare-shell handover to move-in ready.

— Overview

Interior design for Mhalunge's newer residential projects

Mhalunge, just west of Hinjewadi Phase 3, has developed quickly as newer residential projects have launched here over the last several years. Most of our Mhalunge clients are first-time owners taking possession of a new flat, usually in builder-grade or bare-shell condition, and looking for their very first full interior fit-out.

That makes Mhalunge projects different in character from renovation-heavy localities: there's no existing layout to work around or worn-out fixtures to replace, but there is a builder floor plan to interpret, adapt, and personalize before anyone moves in.

Every service below is delivered end-to-end for clients in Mhalunge.

— Process

A great outcome is rarely accidental.
It is the result of a thoughtful process.

  1. Step 01

    Listen

Every project begins with a conversation. We listen carefully to understand your aspirations, lifestyle, priorities and concerns.

  2. Step 02

    Discover

We study the space, identify opportunities and constraints, and understand what will create the greatest value for your home.

  3. Step 03

    Design

Ideas take shape through planning, layouts, materials and visualisations—always guided by purpose rather than trends.

  4. Step 04

    Refine

Every detail is reviewed, discussed and resolved. Design, budget, functionality and execution are aligned before work begins.

  5. Step 05

    Realise

The design is brought to life through careful coordination, quality execution and attention to detail, ensuring the completed home reflects the original vision.

  6. Step 06

    Belong

A project is complete only when the space feels truly lived in—when it becomes a home that supports your everyday life with comfort, confidence and ease. Every project is unique.

— Local Relevance

Designing from a fresh handover, not a renovation

Because most Mhalunge units come to us at or shortly after possession, our first job is usually reviewing the builder's handover condition — what's finished, what's bare shell, and what the builder's snag list still needs to resolve — before any design work begins. We coordinate our own execution schedule around that handover status rather than assuming a blank, ready-to-work site.

New-launch layouts in Mhalunge also tend to be more compact than older Hinjewadi-area stock, so a large part of our design conversation here is about making 2 and 3 BHK footprints work harder — flexible storage, multi-use rooms, and furniture scaled to the actual floor plate rather than a generic full-home package.
